Food is always fun to photograph, especially when the subject is as delicious as "Turtle Cheesecake". You just can't photograph something like this without a little bit of "sampling", to make sure the product is up to par.   The recipe: Canon 5D MkII, 24-105/f4 L Series lens, ISO 400, F13, 1/60 second exposure Lighting: White Lightning w/ 36x48 soft box.
